This SaaS client was concerned they weren’t showing up well enough in AI search. They knew that they were potentially missing out on new business as buyer research behaviour was shifting to new platforms.
We scoped and created six new pages for their website that focused on the customer challenges most cited in sales conversations.
We structured the pages and added features to improve retrievability and trust for AI search.
This work resulted in three high quality leads which came directly from complex prompts in ChatGPT which aligned perfectly with the new pages and how they were structured to be favoured for this type of query.
