We were asked to do a full SEO audit for a new SaaS client as they had not addressed their organic performance to date and saw potential opportunities for growth. The client had done a good job in PR and were already generating a lot of branded traffic out of the US.
Our job was to look for opportunities in non-branded traffic to supplement the work they had already done. The resulting report was interesting as there had been some mistakes made with the website at a strategic level as well as a number of performance errors.
We also looked at potential in AI Search and how we could take advantage of future shifts in user behaviour. We found and gave advice on:

- Pagespeed and Core Web Vitals issues
- Content gaps and thin content
- Missing social proof
- Blog setup mistake giving all traffic and power to an external site
- Other articles not accessible via menus or usual navigation
