I am a Virtual Business Manager (VBM) who specialises in Systems & Processes, helping business owners and leaders step out of the day-to-day of their business by delegating ownership of their systems and processes. My role is to define and systemise processes; support the team in documenting processes; manage documentation and hold the leadership and team accountable; ensure processes are followed by all and lead continuous improvement of systems.
I have decades of experience as an EA supporting corporate executives around the world, and more recently as a virtual assistant and virtual business manager on the team at Your Virtual Assistant Limited, one of New Zealand’s largest and most respected virtual business support agencies.
In June 2023 I began working with the management team at Whippet Digital assisting with systems and processes, setting up Project Management tools, SOPs and business management systems. This is all designed to streamline business management and to allow Whippet team members to do the best possible job for their clients.
